Tickets for a spooky stroll through one of the North East's most beautiful parks are available today - more details here.
Tickets went on sale for Stockton Borough Council's (SBC) annual Spooky Walk in Preston Park today (October 2) at 12pm.
They said tickets for the event often sell-out quickly based on previous years and have urged residents to act quickly to avoid missing out.

Tickets are available online and from the Enjoy Stockton-on-Tees shop on Stockton High Street. They will not be available from Preston Park this year.
A SBC spokesperson said "Have you heard about the strange sightings at Preston Park?
"Deserted remnants of forgotten fairground rides are scattered across the woodland.
"A group of lost souls can be found roaming, trying to capture willing souls to join them in their eerie world forever.

"If you enter the park, faster than the flicker of a bat's wing they will lead you into the depths of their eerie world full of abandoned treasures.
"Enter if you dare!"
There are two walks available - one especially designed for younger children (aged under 11) and their families and one more suited to more older children (aged 11 and over) and adults.
They will be taking place on Sunday, October 29 and are sure to be spine-chilling saunter for all involved.
The early walk will be on mostly flat-level ground, with one part which has a pebbled section and is suitable for both pushchairs and wheelchair users.
Later walks will take a different route through the woods where there is a potential for soft muddy ground and a steep uphill bank and stairs.
The council has warned this may be dangerous for pushchairs, with the walk not suitable for under-11s, and not recommended for wheelchairs or audience members with mobility issues.
