A CCTV image of a man wanted in connection with three assaults has been released by police.
Officers received three separate reports of assaults in Newcastle city centre in the early hours of Friday, June 8.
At around 3.45am a man was assaulted outside the Tyneside Foyer on Newgate Street before two further victims were assaulted outside The Gate and on Grainger Street.
Two of the victims received broken jaws while a third man was knocked unconscious.
One man has been arrested in connection with the assaults but enquiries into the incidents are ongoing.
Now police have released an image of another man they want to speak to about the assaults.
He was in the area of the Tyneside Foyer when the first assault took place and so could assist officers with their enquiries.
The man, or anyone who knows his identity, is encouraged to contact police on 101 quoting log 108 08/06/18 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555-111.
