FIRE crews rushed to the scene when a blaze broke out at a house in Stockton earlier this evening.
At least two appliances were dispatched to Bourneville Drive in the Hardwick area of the town after a call was made to Cleveland Fire Brigade at 5.38pm.
A spokeswoman for the service said: “The fire was at a house, with the rear of the ground floor and a conservatory well alight when the crews arrived.
“Nobody is believed to have been in the property at the time.
“We used two breathing apparatuses and a hose reel to extinguish the fire.”
The fire was put out shortly before 6pm.
