THREE youths spent a night in the cells after being apprehended following some vandalism in Peterlee.
Peterlee Police say 19 windows were smashed at Lee House, in Peterlee, on Thursday night.
A spokesperson said: "A foot chase ensued, three youth suspects apprehended and are spending the evening in the cells."
