INDECENCY: Police are looking for a man who indecently exposed himself near East Durham College in Peterlee Picture: Google
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself near East Durham College, in Peterlee, between 11.15am and 11.30am on Monday.
The suspect has been described as between 20 to 40 years old, 5ft 8ins, of muscular build, with a black beard.
He was wearing a light blue t-shirt with an unknown white logo positioned top left, with a white stripe down both the right and left sides under the arm pit, with black shorts, a red baseball cap with a white panel on the peak of the cap.
He had a pug-type dog with him - black with a white chest.
