BOTANIC brewer Fentimans has teamed up with Durham County Cricket Club to become the club’s tonic partner.

The family-run, North East based brewery will feature prominently around Emirate Riverside with its branding visible on advertising boards around the bowl and its products being available to buy at various events held at the ground.

Fentimans, which operates from Hexham, Northumberland, has been making natural drinks for more than 100 years and its artisanal produce is brewed for seven days using a time-honoured botanical brewing process.

Durham County Cricket Club’s sales director Tom Seymour said: “We are delighted to have Fentiman’s on board at Durham and are excited to be working with such an innovative and creative brand.

“We have a passionate fan-base at Durham and we’re excited to be able to offer them a diverse range of drinks during our cricket and music events at Emirates Riverside.”

Sarah Brownrigg, Fentimans marketing manager, said: “We’re thrilled to be supporting such a highly-regarded local sports team this summer and serving Fentimans to cricket and music fans from across the region.”
