Accident causes hour-long delays on A19
MOTORISTS have suffered long delays driving home from work this evening after a multi-vehicle crash on the A19
One lane was closed northbound between the A1027 and A689 junctions due to a collision involving three cars and an HGV.
All lanes have now reopened but delays are still expected.
Traffic was reportedly building up back to the junction with the A66 as a result of the crash.
The incident happened shortly after 4.30pm, and it is unknown if anyone has been seriously hurt at this stage.
