A MAN has appeared in court charged with grievous bodily harm after an alleged incident in Shildon last year.
Craig Gray, of Market Place, Shildon, did not enter a plea when he appeared before magistrates in Newton Aycliffe yesterday.
The 44-year-old appeared on a charge of grievous bodily harm without intent.
It is in connection with an alleged incident last August which left a man with a fractured skull, kidney damage and broken ribs.
Mr Grey will next appear at Durham Crown Court on Friday, April 13.
