AN arts centre in Newton Aycliffe is offering youngsters a host of free creative activities during the Easter holidays.
Greenfield Arts has announced its fun-packed programme encompassing a range of creative mediums.
The courses are family focused and suitable for all ages, although children under eight should be accompanied by an adult.
Tutor Dawn Belshaw will be on hand at the centre’s Shildon venue to help young people work their magic in a Crazy Crafts session - making use of unwanted everyday materials.
A spokesperson said: “Our popular Arts Foraging offers the chance for families to get to know their local area together, exploring memories and collecting items, which will be used to create an unforgettable installation.”
And budding artists can work with illustrator Sharron Bates in the Gallery Encounters session to create a piece of work to take centre stage in an upcoming public exhibition.
