REGARDING the article about that remarkable lady Katie Willkomm’s extraordinary childhood story headlined “How I survived Stalin” (Echo Weekend, Nov 18), I read her book Wrong Time Wrong Place when it first came out.
I recommended it to all my friends, relations and anybody I knew. It should be compulsory reading in schools and for all those who think they have had a hard time here in the UK.
