WALKERS are being asked to help shape the future of the access and rights of way network.
Durham County Council is asking for residents' views on its draft Rights of Way Improvement Plan for County Durham 2007-11.
Between now and October 8, people can say what they think about the plans for the future management of the county's 2,200 miles of public rights of way and the wider access network, including 69 miles of railway paths.
For copies of the draft plan, visit www.durham.gov.uk/prow or call Victoria Lloyd on 0191- 383-3114.
