DETECTIVES are attempting to trace a man who was the victim of an assault in Darlington earlier this month.
The alleged assault is believed to have taken place at around 11.25pm on Sunday October 8 in the area of Eastbourne Road, Darlington.
Officers are keen to identify the victim who is described as wearing a light coloured t-shirt and light coloured trousers, 6ft tall, large build with short dark hair.
PC Lee Foster, from Durham Constabulary, said: “We would like identify and speak to this man in order to check on his welfare but to also obtain details with regards to the assault.”
- Anyone with information is asked to call Durham Police on 101, quoting incident number 538 of October 8.
- Alternatively information can be passed to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
