CARE provider HC-One announced tonight it is to create 130 jobs in its Darlington Support Office.

It follows its recent agreement to buy 122 Bupa care homes.

The new jobs will cover a variety of support roles, at a range of levels, offering various opportunities and further cementing HC-One’s position as a leading employer in the town.

The acquisition of the Bupa care homes will see HC-One become the largest provider of care in the UK.
