A CELBRATION of real ale will descend on Sedgefield this weekend.
Sedgefield Cricket Club’s Beer Festival returns in its third year for a three-day extravaganza complete with 16 locally-sourced real ales and ciders.
It will run from 6pm until 11pm on Friday and from 1pm until 11pn on Saturday and Sunday.
Admission to the event at the club, on Station Road, is free.
There will be indoor and outside bars including a wine bar plus a hog roast on Friday and Saturday and hot carvery sandwiches on Sunday.
Children can make use of an inflatable laser quest and bouncy castle while there will be live music on Sunday at 8.30pm.
Sedgefield Rugby Club will play two games on Saturday afternoon starting at 12pm and 3pm.
