A TELEVISION comic is bringing his brand new show to a Teesdale arts hub this autumn.
Following his 100 date, sell-out 2015 tour, Paul Chowdhry will perform his new stand-up show Paul Chowdhry: Live to an audience at The Witham, in Barnard Castle, on Friday, September 8.
Peter Dixon, of Funny Way to Be, said: “Paul Chowdhry’s two previous tours have been massively popular, so we’re really excited to have him perform at Funny Way To Be.
“Anyone who’s caught him on TV knows to expect smart, sharp observations and cutting edge gags - we can’t wait to see what he’s got up his sleeve in his new show.”
The London-born comedian and actor tackles subjects such as race, relationships modern Britain.
A regular face on British television, Chowdhry has appeared on Dave’s Taskmaster, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Very British Problems, and hosted the final series of Channel 4’s Stand Up for the Week.
