AN accident on the A67 near Morton Park in Darlington caused disruption for motorists this morning.
Police blocked the road to traffic both ways near the Old Farmhouse pub between Darlington and the Middleton St George turn-off, while they recovered the vehicle.
A Durham Constabulary spokeswoman said officers were called at 8.05am to the two-vehicle collision between a BMW 3-Series and Hyundai i20.
Paramedics also attended the scene, although injuries are described as walking wounded.
