A BIRD made a lasting impression when it flew into the window of a member of The Northern Echo's Camera Club.
Ian Stevenson said he was woken at 4am on Monday by a loud bang.
On investigation it would appear a pigeon has flown headfirst into his bedroom window.
"Checked to see if it was on the patio but must have recovered OK," he said.
