The exhibition features work from artists living and working in the UK, The Netherlands, Iran, Germany and America among other countries.

It celebrates artists who demonstrate a fresh approach to a range of media and Ms Creemers said: “This exhibition is about connecting the public with contemporary art that is taking both viewer and creator further out of their comfort zones.

"One-hundred pieces will show a deep insight into the various expressions within the art-world, spanning semi-abstract to conceptual work.

"Bringing this concept to the North of England reflects my passion for art, curation and the desire to share this with our audience.”

The exhibition runs until August 20 between Wednesdays and Sundays from 11am to 4pm.
