PETER Pan fans can journey to Neverland and fly like their hero next month.
A recording of Sally Cookson's inventive stage production of Peter Pan, filmed live at the National Theatre in London, will be screened at The Witham in Barnard Castle on Saturday, June 10, at 2pm.
The critically acclaimed play stays true to JM Barrie's much-loved book but has modern twists, and has been described as a delight for children and adults alike.
Filled with all the famous characters, audiences will revel in the magical delights of Peter Pan, the Lost Boys, Captain Hook, the Pirates, the Mermaids, Tinkerbell and Tiger Lily.
And those with a head for heights can find out what it is like to fly like Peter Pan too.
Earlier in the day, thr Teesdale Community Resources Hub will offer drop in sessions for people to experience the thrill of jumping off their high power super fan,
Sessions are between 10.30am and 12.30pm and are open to people aged five and over.
Tickets for the show at The Witham cost £12 for adults, £8 for concessions and £38 for a family of four. They are available to buy via the box office on 01833-631107 and website, thewitham.org.uk
Power Fan sessions are £2 and can be bought at The Hub’s reception on the day.
