TICKETS for one of the North-East’s annual folk festivals are now on sale.
Sedgefield Folk Festival returns in what is its 12th year in operation this September and promises another crowd-pleasing line-up at venues across the town.
Joan Edmundson, one of the organisers, said: “It sells out every year and it will this year - it’s a really good line-up.”
Among the acts to feature are family outfit The Mighty Doonans, West End production War Horse star Bob Fox and Belfast singer-songwriter Anthony John Clarke.
The festival will take place from September 1 to 3, across venues including the Parish Hall, Ceddesfeld Hall and St Edmund’s Church.
A full weekend ticket costs £40, a Friday or Saturday night ticket costs £17 and a Saturday afternoon ticket costs £10.
