A CHARITY is asking the public to help them can shape their services for the future.

The Teesdale Community Resources Hub, in Barnard Castle, is looking at its current services and making plans for the coming year, with the needs of the community at the heart of what it does.

Deputy Manager Laura Carrick said: "It is so important that we have suggestions and comments from the very people who use our services; that way we can really get to grips with what it is that the public want from the centre and determine how we can achieve that.

"We want to hear people’s views on what goes on in the building and ensure that we are doing the best we possibly can for our users and visitors”.

All the data collected will be analysed by the TCR Team and Management Board, alongside mapping exercises of other local services and providers, and plans will be put in place for development of sessions at The Hub over the next 12 months initially, feeding into a three year plan for the charity.

The survey is available online at surveymonkey.co.uk/r/GM398L5 and is open to complete until Friday, April 7.

Those wishing to fill out a paper copy can also obtain one by calling the Hub on 01833-690150.
