Stacey Moore's debut solo exhibition 'Drawings from the Dales' Stacey is kicking of 2017 with her first solo exhibition.

The exhibition will run on the upstairs platform for three weeks, where a range of limited edition prints and originals will be for sale.

Stacey Moore is one of Britain’s exciting new emerging fine artist. She is a passionate animal lover who combines her art with a touch of humour, her distinctive style is now instantly recognisable.

Pianist Riyad Nicolas will play a programme including works by Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Scarlatti and Ravel.

The Northern Echo: Flight Simulator Open Morning, Icarus Simulation, Langley Park, Durham, on Saturday, 9-12noon

Icarus Simulation is opening its doors to the public for a free drop-in session for you come and meet the instructors and discuss their experience lessons and courses offered to both adults and children aged 8 and over.

The flight training facility which opened in the summer of 2015 has enjoyed a fantastic first 18 months of operations and now offers hours towards the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme: Bronze Skills Award for ages 14 to 24 with course discounts for these candidates.
