A pop-up Halloween shop has opened to kick off a month long spooky festival throughout a Middlesbrough shopping centre.
The Festival Shop has created a pop up store in the Dundas Centre for the third year running, while other retailers are also joining in the scary fun throughout October.
Award-winning children’s entertainer Tom Rolfe will be performing his Defying Gravity shows, on Saturday 22 from 10am to 3pm, alongside a frightful Halloween Festival, face painting and a Halloween Dress Up.
The centre's managing agent, Richard Wilson of Middlesbrough property consultants Dodds Brown, said: “We are delighted that once again The Festival Shop will be leading the celebrations with their dedicated shop and we will see all the retailers joining in. It’s the place in town to go and buy anything to do with Halloween."
The shopping centre is also holding a food and craft market on the weekend of October 28 and 29.
