A FAMILY fun day will be held at a County Durham castle tomorrow (Saturday, July 2).
The Freemasons of the Province of Durham will be hosting the fun family day out in the grounds of Raby Castle, near Staindrop.
The Raby Gala is open to anybody not just Freemasons and all profits made on the day will be in aid of the 2021 Festival appeal which hopes to raise more than £3million in five years in aid of the Royal Masonic Trust for Boys and Girls.
As well as all of the family activities planned on the day there will also be appearances from organisations such as the Great North Air Ambulance, the Royal Masonic Trust for Girls and Boys and the Mark Master Masons.
Tickets are £15 on the day or £10 in advance which covers the cost of a car and all its occupants.
