A TEENAGER had to be rescued from the top floor of a building last night after becoming trapped in a lift.
The incident happened at Portland House, in the Brambles Farm area of Middlesbrough around 7.45pm.
A firecrew from Grangetown Fire Station and the emergency tender from Coulby Newham attended the incident which was on the ninth floor of the building.
Shortly before 8.30pm the girl was released.
