LANDLORDS in the Tees Valley are being invited to an event to find out more about renting their properties.
The annual Tees Valley Private Landlord Forum will take place on Thursday, March 19 in the Legend’s Suite at Middlesbrough Football Club from 1pm to 5pm.
The free event is open to all landlords and agents and will feature a number of seminars covering welfare reform and housing benefit updates, legal updates and procedures, immigration legislation changes, how to deal with antisocial behaviour issues and mould and condensation issues.
The event is being jointly hosted by the five authorities within the Tees Valley – Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and Stockton, and is supported by the National Landlords Association (NLA).
Places do not need to be booked in advance.
For a full breakdown of the event call Paul Wheatley on 01287-612305.
