Firefighters freed a 64-year-old man trapped in his car after it hit a garden wall on Cleveland Avenue, Stokesley, at 3pm this afternoon (Monday, March 9).
Crews from Stokesley and Northallerton responded to find that a VW car had driven across a T junction and into the garden wall, the debris blocking the doors. They helped remove the debris so paramedics could help the man from his car.
He was taken to hospital by ambulance for a precautionary check-up
