CHARITY FUNDRAISER: Hall Garth Hotel, where the event is being held
A FUNDRAISING ball is being held next month to raise money for a cancer charity.
The event will take place at the Hall Garth Hotel, in Coatham Mundeville, near Darlington, on Saturday, March 28 to raise money for Children with Cancer UK.
The event has been organised by Paul Cook, from Darlington, and will feature a three-course meal, live entertainment and a magician.
Tickets are £30 and the event starts at 7pm.

Mr Cook is also running the London Marathon in April next year for the charity alongside Peter Armstrong, the captain of Darlington Cricket Club.
