COURT APPEARANCE: Robert Colville, 50, of Ivy Crescent, Roddymoor, Crook County Durham, appeared at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates Court charged with two sex offences.
A MAN has appeared at court charged with historic sexual assault.
Robert Colville, 50, of Ivy Crescent, Roddymoor, Crook, County Durham, is charged with engaging in non penetrative sexual activity with a child and sexually assaulting a child in the same town between December 2008 and December 2009.
A not guilty plea was indicated when Mr Colville appeared before magistrates in Newton Aycliffe today (Wednesday, November 26).
The case was adjourned to Durham Crown Court on Wednesday, December 10.
Mr Colville received unconditional bail.
