GRAEME STORM suffered a disappointing opening round in the BMW Masters in China.
Following a real upturn in form of late, Storm enters the season finale with hopes of success in the Race to Dubai.
The Hartlepool-based, Rockliffe Hall attached professional could only manage a three-over 75 to put him way down the leaderboard in 66th spot in the 75-man field.
Before this event, Storm sits in 67th spot in the Race to Dubai, with the top 60 qualifying for the end of season showpiece.
Leader Alexander Levy is on seven under.
Without a weekend cut to worry about, Storm will be playing all four rounds in China.
