A PARTIALLY sighted young woman has helped launch a new social group for youngsters with sight loss.
Rosie Pybus, 22, helped found the Choice (Challenge, Hope, Overcome, Inspire, Change, Engage) social group for young people aged four to 16 with sight loss in the North-East.
A launch party was held aboard the Prince Bishops river cruiser, on the River Wear in Durham City.
Ms Pybus formerly attended Action for Blind People’s Actionnaires club in Sunderland, which offered social activities and sport.
She then started working for an Actionnaires club in Hull.
