DUE to unforeseen circumstances Saltburn Animal Rescue Association has been forced to cancel the fundraising Ceilidh due to be held at Marske Leisure Centre on Saturday, April 12.

SAILING DAYS: Young people in Hartlepool are being offered an opportunity to learn how to sail. Hartlepool Council’s Sport and Physical Activity Team has joined forces with Tees and Hartlepool Yacht Club to stage two two-day courses suitable for both advanced sailors and beginners. The courses run from 9.30am-4.30pm on Monday April 7 and Tuesday April 8 and on Monday April 14 and Tuesday April 15. People wishing to take part have the option of attending on either week or both. The course costs £60 for two days or £100 for all four.
