A MIDDLESBROUGH man has gone missing while in the Lake District.
Police are concerned for missing Matthew Jordan and are asking him to get in contact.
Mr Jordan, aged 20, was visiting Windermere with three friends. He was last seen in Bowness at 1.30am outside the Stag’s Inn.
A spokesman for Cumbria Police said: "Police are concerned for his welfare as this is very out of character for Matthew.
"Matthew is described as 5ft 10ins, of medium build, with dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a navy long sleeved shirt, jeans and brown boots."
Anyone with any information is asked to contact Cumbria Police on 101 as soon as possible and ask for the duty sergeant at Windermere.
