Last chance to get tickets for Strictly Musicals gala event
FINAL rehearsals are underway for a one-off musical extravaganza that will raise funds for worthy causes.
Members of Darlington Operatic Society (OS) will reprise their Strictly Musicals performances of some of the most famous musical numbers from Broadway and West End classics at Darlington Civic Theatre on Saturday (January 18).
The cast of 47 agreed to take part in the gala event to support Charles Johnson, the mayor of Darlington, and to raise funds for his mayoral charities and boost civic pride in the town.
Tickets for the event, which starts at 7.30pm, are priced between £15 and £17 and are available from the theatre box office on 01325-486555.
