TICKETS can be won to see X Factor winner Shane Ward - by borrowing a library book.
From January 2 to 26, any item borrowed from any Stockton library will put the member into a free draw to win tickets to see the singer at the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle on Monday, February 5.
Non-members can simply register and borrow an item to be included in the draw. There is no limit to the number of entries.
Councillor Jean O'Donnell, Stockton Borough Council's cabinet member for arts, leisure and culture, said: "The borough's libraries have so much to offer - everything from books, CDs, DVDs to video games. Borrowers will be spoilt for choice and helpful library staff are always on hand with advice.
