YOUNG female footballers can now look the part thanks to a donation from a travel agent.
Hays Travel has given £300 to Parkside Academy in Willington to buy kits for the Year 11 Girls Football Team.
Natasha Heslop, manager of the Crook branch of Hays, said: “I am delighted to be able to support the girl’s football team.
“We have a good relationship with Parkside and have supported them previously, we wish the girls’ team every success.”
Karen Tomlinson from Parkside said: “The girls have put the team together themselves, but the one thing they did not have was a kit.
“They now look really smart thanks to Hays Travel.”
