CLEVELAND Police are hoping to attract a number of volunteers as part of the first national Criminal Justice Volunteer Fair. The event is being organised by Police and Crime Commissioner Barry Coppinger, and the Force is one of a number of criminal justice agencies and voluntary organisations taking part.

It is being held at The Clarendon Building at Teesside University on Monday, October 14 from 10am to 2pm and volunteering opportunities include working with the Scientific Support Team, Economic Crime Unit, Computer Forensics, Data Control, and Corporate Communications Team.

COFFEE MORNING: The craft group at Our Lady of Lourdes parish, Saltburn, will hold a sale of goods and coffee morning at the Methodist church hall, Milton Street, Saltburn, on Saturday, October 12 from 10am to 12noon.
