A FURTHER four people have been arrested in connection with the death of Benji Bolsenbroek, bringing the total up to six.
All have been held on suspicion of violent disorder and assault in connection with a large scale disturbance in the Park Hotel pub, Linthorpe, Middlesbrough in the early hours of Sunday.
Mr Bolsenbroek, who was 23 and whose son had been born days earlier, died later after complaining of feeling unwell.
He was assaulted and was first taken to his mother’s home in Linthorpe by family and friends, later going to hospital. He lived in Thornaby with his girlfriend and their newborn son.
Two women aged 19 and 22 have been bailed pending further enquiries and a 24-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man are still in police custody.
Another two men, who were arrested on Tuesday, have been bailed pending further investigation.
