ROADS WARNING: Motorists are warned to expect increased traffic on the A167 at Hurworth Place, near Darlington, this weekend as spectators make their way to the Senior Golf Open at Rockliffe Hall, in Hurworth. Traffic is expected to be busier between 9am and 10.30am of arrivals and between 3.30pm and 5pm tomorrow (Friday, October 4) and Saturday and Sunday while the tournament takes place.
STRING QUARTET: The St Petersburg Quartet will make their only stop in the North of England at Darlington as part of their UK tour. The string quartet will play a programme including Shostakovich, Mendelsohnn and Schubert at Central Hall, in the Dolphin Centre, on Saturday, October 5. The concert will begin at 7.30pm.
