A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a cyclist died following a collision with a lorry on the A66.
Father-of-four Sean Ruff was involved in an accident with an Argos lorry on the A66 westbound near the Eaglescliffe sliproad, Stockton, at 6.25pm on Tuesday, April 23.
The 61-year-old, from Cleadon, near Sunderland, died at the scene. He had been married for 31 years.
A 50-year-old is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, October 16 to face the charge with causing death by dangerous driving.
