A MAN was robbed at gun point at a petrol station.
The victim, named locally as Ahmad Bolouch, was about to take thousands of pounds to be banked when a raider wielding a hand-gun forced him to hand the money over.
Armed police officers were called to the Murco garage on Norton Road, Stockton, shortly after the robbery at about 4.10pm yesterday (Monday, September 30).
Two men, both 25, were arrested a short time later.
Mr Bolouch, believed to live in Stockton with his wife and children, was not injured but was taken to hospital suffering from severe shock.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information.
