A MAN had to be freed by firefighters after getting his hand trapped under a motorhome.
The incident happened around 7.50pm tonight (Friday, July 26) in Earsdon Close, Stockton.
Two fire appliances and the emergency tender were called to the incident.
Watch manager Eddie Thompson, from Stockton fire station, said his crew was called to assist by the ambulance which was already in attendance.
He said it wasn't clear how the accident happened, but the victim may have been changing a wheel at the time.
He was in a lot of pain, but was soon released by firefighters using airbags to lift the medium-sized vehicle.
He was taken to hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries.
