Stolen Land Rover smashed into front of Middlesbrough house

A NINE-YEAR-OLD girl thrown from a sofa which was stuck by a stolen car after it crashed into the front of a house.
The red Land Rover Freelander crashed into the front of the semi-detatched property on Ingoldsby Road, in the Netherfields area of Middlesbrough, at about 7.20pm last night.
The family was at home and the girl, who was sitting on the sofa watching television, was thrown to the living room floor when it was pushed by the car.
The girl was uninjured, but had to be treated for shock at the scene. The house has sustained extensive structural damage.
Two men were seen running from the vehicle, which had been reported stolen.
