Man injured in road accident

MAN INJURED: A motorist had to be freed from his vehicle by firefighters following a road accident this evening (SUNDAY). The incident happened on the A19, near Portrack Lane, Stockton, at about 5.20pm. The man was taken to hospital by ambulance. The extent of his injuries are not known.
