FINANCIAL WOES: One in five people in the region say they have cut back on everyday spending on items such as food and clothes in order to meet so-called 'payday loan' repayments. Meanwhile, more than half of people surveyed by insolvency trade body R3 said they struggled financially to make it to their next pay day.
