ART and sports fans have a chance of winning top prizes in a fundraising draw being held in aid of a cancer charity.
An oil painting valued at £900 and a round of golf worth £200 feature in a prize draw being held in aid of The Chyrelle Addams Cancer Trust.
Artist brothers Steve and Chris Rocks have donated a framed oil painting on canvas, called Sunset Dreams, and Pattinson Scientific has donated a golf four ball at Slaley Hall, in Northumberland.
Spennymoor Town Council, in County Durham, is running the draw which will be made at the town mayor’s civic dinner on Friday December 7.
Mayor George Tolley is raising money for the Willington-based charity during his year in office.
It costs £2 to enter, envelopes are available at Spennymoor Town Hall.
