He showed great determination to take the victory and as he highlighted,"I lost the first set easily against Sam, but I kept reminding myself of Wimbledon and was determined to fight to the end. I started to play a lot more positively in the second set and won it quite easily. Then I took the third set tiebreak. The feeling of winning the match was amazing as you don't get many chances to play at Wimbledon. I can't wait!"

The Road to Wimbledon National 14-and-Under Challenge begins in tennis clubs all over the country and ends on the same grass courts that the likes of Roger Federer and Venus Williams have just graced for the past two weeks. The competition first took place in 2002 and is sponsored by the All England Club (AELTC) together with the LTA.
