THE uniforms for Britain’s Armed Forces, like much of its weaponry, aircraft and naval vessels are made overseas.
Council wheelie bins are made overseas, as are the memorabilia and tickets for the Olympic Games.
Instead of telling bosses to stop complaining, William Hague and his cohorts should tell those in local and national government to give contracts to British firms instead of sending the work overseas.
Doing so will create much needed jobs and help economic growth.
