HEAR ALL SIDES: Letters to the Editor
I RECENTLY contacted Royal Mail to have our post redirected to our new address.
I was told that apart from the normal fee, an additional fee of £20 would be charged if I did it on the phone and paid by credit or debit card. No fee, however, would be charged if I did it online.
Pun not intended, but it seems to me like highway robbery.
