NORTHERN echo Camera Club member Stephen Parker had to get up early to capture this image of a fishing boat setting out from Hartelpool.
Stephen is the latest member of The Northern Echo's camera club to see his work printed in the paper.
Dozens of members have already had their photos on the letters page and if you would like to join them there is still time to sign up.
The club meets every month at The Northern Echo's head office, in Priestgate, Darlington.
The next meeting is on Tuesday, March 8, at 7pm.
We have already received several promising entries for this month's photo contest which has a portraits theme.
The winner will receive a cheque for £50 and a magnificent super-size canvas print of their winning picture.
